Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LenvyTE, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that happens under your account.
• Making sure your account information is accurate and up to date.
• Inviting only people you know and have permission to add to a trip.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LenvyTE. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You retain ownership of the trip and expense data you create. By using LenvyTE, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data so we can provide the service to you and your invited trip members.

Trip creators control who can view or edit a trip. Be careful when inviting collaborators, because they may be able to see trip expenses and member details according to the permissions you set.

You agree not to use LenvyTE to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another user's account.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Send spam or unsolicited invitations.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use puts the service or other users at risk. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting us at help@lenvytechnologies.in.

LenvyTE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we try to keep calculations accurate, you should verify totals before making financial decisions based on the app.

To the extent permitted by law, Lenvy Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if the service is free.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
